AustinHLA HOSTS COUNCIL MEMBER FUNDRAISER BREAKFASTS!

As the Austin Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) embarks on a New Year, one of our primary goals is to continue our direct involvement with our tourism-friendly Austin City Council Members. 2012 is an election year for the following Council Members:

  • Mayor Lee Leffingwell
  • Council Member and Mayor Pro Tem Sheryl Cole
  • Council Member Mike Martinez
  • Council Member Bill Spellman

On behalf of the AHLA Legislative Committee, we are asking for your financial support and joining us in 4 fundraising breakfasts by donating $50 to $150 per council member (average contribution is $100). The checks would be made out to their respective campaign fund. Checks will be collected in advance of the four fundraisers and presented to each Council Member by our AHLA President Leslie Pchola at each scheduled breakfast (within the next 30-45 days)

Can we count on you as an AHLA member to write 4 checks and bring them to the luncheon at the Hilton next Wednesday?
