When Rudner began this work, it was virtually unheard of that a hotel would pursue a group for damages owed arising from a cancellation or attrition. His work at the forefront of this trend was noted in a 1992 Wall Street Journal article, “Hotels Becoming Inhospitable to Cancellations.” On behalf of their clients, Rudner Law Offices draft contract forms, provide training to hotel sales teams about contract issues, and enforce group sales contracts. Rudner has successfully litigated the industry’s leading appellate cases regarding force majeure issues.
